New signing!

We are delighted to announce that former Bath CC and Somerset 2nd XI cricketer Ross Jenkins will be joining the club for the remainder of 2020 and beyond.

Ross was an integral part of the Bath CC side from 2009-2011 that won two Premier league titles and reached the semi-final of the National Knockout and featuring a stunning knock against Taunton Deane where he dismantled Jack Leach, dispatching him to all parts of the ground. He is a dynamic middle order batsmen, medium pace bowler and wicket keeper and will be an invaluable member of the club.

In 2010, Ross was the Somerset 2nd XI Wicket Keeper for the majority of the season, locking horns with the likes of Chris Tremlett, Stuart Meaker, Jason Roy, Simon Jones and many more at Test and County venues across the country such as the Oval and Taunton. Though he hasn’t played for a few years, he is really looking forward to getting back to playing.

Ross and his fiancé Jen are really looking forward to being part of the social side of things and the family orientated club we have. We look forward to welcoming Ross and Jen to the club as soon as we are able to.
